# LogRack > A shared pile of logs for you and your AI tools: tasks, ideas, notes and context that every MCP client you connect writes to and reads from. LogRack's MCP server is https://mcp.lograck.ai/mcp (Streamable HTTP). Clients that support sign-in need only that URL: the browser opens LogRack, you sign in with Google or email and pick a workspace, and no API key is involved. Every log records the connected app or API key that wrote it. ## Connect - MCP server URL: https://mcp.lograck.ai/mcp - Claude Code: `claude mcp add --transport http --scope user lograck https://mcp.lograck.ai/mcp`, then type /mcp in a session and choose lograck to sign in. - Other MCP clients that support sign-in (OAuth): add https://mcp.lograck.ai/mcp as a remote server and sign in when the client asks. ## Without sign-in: API key Scripts, CI jobs and clients that cannot sign in use an API key instead. Create one in the portal under API Keys and name it after the tool: the name becomes the writer on its logs. Send it as `Authorization: Bearer lrk_...` to the MCP server or to the REST API at https://app.lograck.ai/api. - Claude Code with a key: `claude mcp add --transport http lograck https://mcp.lograck.ai/mcp --header "Authorization: Bearer lrk_..."` ## Docs - [Connect docs](https://app.lograck.ai/docs): MCP sign-in, API keys, the MCP tools, the REST API and scopes. - [Portal](https://app.lograck.ai): sign in, browse the pile, create API keys and manage connected apps.
